In an effort to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus, Bridgeport Conference Center has incorporated the following guidelines for all persons visiting our establishment. We are committed to following guidelines established by the State of West Virginia as well as the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), We have implemented enhanced cleaning and sanitation practices to make our guests and staff feel more comfortable when visiting our conference center.
• Guests and Staff who have been exposed to COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, such as a cough, may not enter the premises.
• The safety of our guests and staff members is our top priority. All Guests and Staff must wear a mask at all times unless actively eating and drinking.
• All Staff Members are screened for COVID-19 symptoms and temperature checked when they enter the premises.
• Please practice social distancing and limit physical contact from all persons while on premises.
• Our meeting room floor plans and food service plans have been updated to allow for proper social distancing. When possible, we will utilize our outdoor spaces to provide additional social distancing and air circulation.
• Video Conferencing services are available for groups who have remote attendees that want to join meetings here.
• Please observe directional signage for entering and leaving the premises as well as using the guest bathrooms.
• Hand sanitizer stations are provided throughout the premises.
• Please wash hands in warm soapy water for at least 20 seconds.
• All china, glass and silver are washed and finished with a 180 degree rinse cycle to kill virus and bacteria.
• Restrooms are checked every 30 minutes, cleaned of any trash, checked for soap and hand towels, doorknobs and sink counters are wiped down with sanitizing solution.
