To ensure you have your choice of rooms and dates, we recommend you book our facility 6-8 months in advance.

There are lots of places to get married in WV, but not a lot that can accommodate up to 300 people. Our facility can accommodate 320 people for a sitdown reception or dinner.

Absolutely, we have numerous options for ceremony sites, from outside to indoors and are one of the most beautiful West Virginia wedding venues.

Yes. One of the benefits of using the Bridgeport Conference Center is that we are a full service catering facility.  We specialize in unique dishes and appetizers that are perfect for weddings.

Of course! We know our brides sometimes have something very special in mind. Just let us know your baker’s name and we will coordinate the delivery and setup for you.

As far as décor, we can offer a mirrored tile centerpiece with votive candles and colored marbles.  We also have tall glass cylinder vases and base linens for the table. These are available at no charge and will be placed in the room and on the tables.

Specialty linens, chair covers, and other items are available for an additional fee.

Yes we have our own vendor list that we can offer that includes florists in the Bridgeport WV area, musicians, officiants, and more.

Mother Nature tends to love weddings but unfortunately there’s no guarantee. We recommend that you place a deposit on an indoor location to ensure you have a plan for inclement weather.

Yes, there is a $50.00 charge added into your total reception cost for a tasting.

We offer a children’s price for ages 6-10 and children 5 and younger are free.

We can handle your wine a few different ways. You can choose to bring it or let us know the specifics and we’ll order it in for the event.  Unlike our competitors, we don’t charge an extra corkage fee.

Absolutely!  We work closely with several vendors from our area including West Virginia distilleries, wineries, and even craft breweries.  Pepperoni Rolls are even a part of our Repertoire!

Each reception package is a total of 4 hours.  To extend that time frame a charge of $5.00 per hour per guest will be applied.

A $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date.

We will gladly do it for you, or you can arrange your own rooming block information. Allowing our staff to handle it is yet another reason BCC is a great place to get married in WV.

No. We don’t have any standing events that would interfere with a weekend wedding.
